Help with transportation to medical appointments is arranged by The Transportation Network in 14 Oregon Counties: Wasco, Hood River, Sherman, Gilliam, Wheeler, Morrow, Umatilla, Union, Wallowa, Baker, Malheur, Lake, Grant and Harney. The Transportation Network is made up of a variety of transportation providers throughout the region.

Who May Use?

Medical transportation is available to those who are a member of:

  • the Oregon Health Plan (OHP)
  • Eastern Oregon CCO
  • PacificSource CCO

and who need transportation to a medical visit.

To schedule a ride, call:

  • Between 7:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
  • 2 business days in advance

Cost: No Charge. A helper may ride with you, at no cost.

Information to Have Ready When You Call

  • Your pick-up address & telephone number
  • Date and time of your medical visit
  • Medical appointment address & doctor's name
  • The doctor's telephone number.
  • Reason & length of your medical visit

To Request Mileage Reimbursement

Follow these simple steps to get reimbursed:

  • Schedule your medical visit
  • Call 1-877-875-4657 between 7:00am -5:00pm, Monday through Friday.and tell them about your scheduled medical visit. Ask for a reimbursement form.
  • After your medical visit, you must submit your reimbursement form within 45 days.

Klickitat BusMedical transportation in Southwest Washington is arranged by the Human Services Council. Trips are assigned to a variety of local transportation providers throughout the region, including Skamania County Senior Services and Klickitat County Senior Services.

Skamania BusThis service is available for individuals with a current Medicaid Provider One ID Card who need transportation to a covered medical appointment.

Office hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, excluding the lunch hour and holidays.

To Schedule a Ride: Call 7 to 14 days before your medical appointment.

Fare: No charge.

Information to Have Ready When You Call

  • Medicaid Provider One ID Card.
  • Your date of birth.
  • Your complete pick-up address and mailing address.
  • Telephone, cell phone or message number.
  • The name, complete address and phone number of your medical provider.
  • Your exact appointment date and time and return time, if known.
  • The type of medical appointment (dialysis, primary care, mental health, etc.).
  • Special mobility equipment or other special needs.
