Medicaid transportation to medical appointments is arranged by The Transportation Network in five Oregon Counties: Wasco, Hood River, Sherman, Gilliam and Wheeler. Transportation is arranged with various transportation providers throughout the region. It is available to those with a current State of Oregon Medicaid Card who need transportation to a medical appointment and have no other way to get there.

For individuals with a current State of Oregon Medicaid Card.
Transportation to medical appointments only.

To schedule a ride: Call 24 hours in advance, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am - 3:00 pm.
(Have your state of Oregon Medicaid Card available.)

Medical transportation in Southwest Washington is arranged by the Human Services Council. Trips are assigned to a variety of local transportation providers throughout the region, including Skamania County Senior Services and Klickitat County Senior Services.

This service is available for individuals with a current State of Washington Medicaid Card who need transportation to a medical appointment and have no other way to get there.

Office hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
Service hours: 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
To schedule a ride: Call two working days in advance.
Fare: No charge.

Your Washington State Medicaid ID Card.
Your complete pick-up address.
The name, complete address and phone number of your medical provider.
Your exact appointment date and time.
The type of medical appointment.
Your return time, if known.
